Haier HWD120-B14979-S Washer Loud Noise

On January 15, 2024, I ordered a Haier dryer on the Media Markt website; it was delivered on January 17, 2024, and installed by the technical service on January 19, 2024. However, on January 20, 2024, during my first laundry cycle, I heard loud rattling noises from the machine. When it went to the spinning cycle, it began generating an extremely loud rattling noise and was unable to continue washing owing to the excessive noise. It sounded like a jackhammer hitting a wall. I even made a video on my phone, but I'm not sure if I can post it here. Upon inspection, I discovered that the drum was difficult to turn and appeared to be impeded by something inside. Before making this complaint, I contacted Haier customer care, who set up a service request for me. Later, I contacted Media Markt customer support to check about the return process. As a first-time buyer of a product from a well-known brand in Europe but new to the Turkish market, this problem has been a big disappointment and hassle. And now I have a pile of laundry waiting to be washed. I hope the problem is rectified soon.
