Struggling To Connect With BetterMe Coach's Approach Despite Their Expertise

Okay, I'm absolutely not happy with the coach. It's been two weeks so far. They say it's professionals and well, that is true, I can't deny they know their stuff. But seriously, this dude's got major drill sergeant vibes rather than a motivator! I can't keep up and he ain't listen to me at all! This is defo not my type of approach, can't seem to get through to him, and it's frustrating. Just feels like giving up on that man and keeping working solo since the training is legit. But I paid for it, and it sucks feeling like your money's going down the drain just cause you're not vibing with their approach.

Just a quick update. After some back and forth, they listened to my concerns and hooked me up with a new coach who's way more my style. Huge props to them for taking care of it and making sure I'm happy with the service. Thanks for sorting this out!
