My 2020 model Kia Sportage's multimedia screen is malfunctioning, taking commands on its own. The vehicle has completed 2 years and just a month after, it's out of warranty. Research on the 'Xolvie' platform revealed that this issue is prevalent in all 2020 models. Many users report that after 2 years, the multimedia system starts taking commands by itself.
